Intentional Noise Pollution
An illegal Gurumandiram was constructed unauthorisedly after trespassing and encroaching on Govt. land in Resurvey No. 168/2, Poundkadavu, Thiruvananthapuram and started noise pollution using banned horn-type loudspeakers illegally and was stopped after submitting complaint to the Commissioner of Police, Thiruvananthapuram City, in 2003. In revenge the Gurumandram Samithi creates noise pollution intentionally in the Guru mandiram premise and near my house in the shield of religious/political activities.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം പൗണ്ട്കടവിലെ 168/2 നമ്പർ റീസർവേയിലുള്ള സർക്കാർ ഭൂമിയിൽ അതിക്രമിച്ചുകയറി അനധികൃതമായി ഒരു ഗുരുമന്ദിരം നിർമ്മിച്ചു. നിരോധിത ഹോൺ-ടൈപ്പ് ലൗഡ്സ്പീക്കറുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് അനധികൃതമായി ശബ് ദ മലിനീകരണം ആരംഭിച്ചു. 2003-ൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം സിറ്റി പോലീസ് കമ്മീഷണർക്ക് പരാതി നൽകിയതിനെത്തുടർന്ന് അത് നിർത്തിവച്ചു. പ്രതികാരമായി ഗുരുമന്ദിരം സമിതി മത/രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളുടെ മറവിൽ ഗുരുമന്ദിരം പരിസരത്തും എന്റെ വീടിനടുത്തും മനഃപൂർവ്വം ശബ് ദ
മലിനീകരണം ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയാണ്.
The noise level allowed in Residential Area is only 55 dB (day) and 45 dB (night), and in Silence Zone is only 50 dB (day) and 40 dB (night), as per the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000. The noise produced by the Nasik Dhol is above 100 dB and is an absolute violation of the Noise Rules.
2000-ലെ ശബ് ദ മലിനീകരണ (ക്രമീകരണവും നിയന്ത്രണവും) ചട്ടങ്ങൾ അനുസരിച്ച്, റെസിഡൻഷ്യൽ ഏരിയയിൽ അനുവദനീയമായ ശബ് ദ ത്തിന്റെ അളവ് 55 dB (പകൽ) ഉം 45 dB (രാത്രി) ഉം മാത്രമാണ്, നിശബ് ദ മേഖലയിൽ 50 dB (പകൽ) ഉം 40 dB (രാത്രി) ഉം മാത്രമാണ്. നാസിക് ധോൾ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്ന ശബ് ദം 100 dB-യിൽ കൂടുതലാണ്,
ഇത് ശബ് ദ നിയമങ്ങളുടെ പൂർണ്ണമായ ലംഘനമാണ്.
The Hon. Kerala High Court Order WP(C) No.792/2022 dtd.26.8.2022 to close down and the Hon. Kerala High Court Order WP(C) No.34919/2016 dtd.27.5.2024 to demolish this illegal Guru mandiram have not been implemented by the State Govt.
A family is trying to acquire government land worth lakhs by constructing this illegal Gurumandiram on government land, which has neither the approval of the SNDP branch nor public support.

നടപ്പിലാക്കിയിട്ടില്ല. SNDP ശാഖയുടെ അംഗീകാരമോ പൊതുജന പിന്തുണയോ ഇല്ലാത്ത ഈ അനധികൃത ഗുരുമന്ദിരം സർക്കാർ ഭൂമിയിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കിവച്ച് ലക്ഷങ്ങൾ വിലമതിക്കുന്ന സർക്കാർ ഭൂമി കൈക്കലാക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുകയാണ് ഒരു കുടുംബം.
